What you will do
- Receive, validate, and process invoices in Open Text and SAP according to KPIs and service-level agreements.
- Investigate and resolve three-way invoice mismatches using workflow tools.
- Assist the manager and senior team members with data collection and analysis.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a diploma, advanced or higher diploma, degree, or professional qualification program.
- Accounting or finance studies are preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to analyze issues, think critically, and develop creative solutions.
