Regional Manager

What you will do

• Lead, plan, and direct airport operations across a defined international region.
• Drive safety, security, quality, operational, and customer service standards across regional airports.
• Monitor airport, area, outsourced-service, and service-level-agreement performance, acting as an escalation point when required.
• Manage regional financial plans, budgets, workforce resources, facilities, and operational capacity.
• Direct station start-ups, service-provider changes, terminal changes, and flight-schedule changes.
• Lead airport managers and workforce development through performance management, mentoring, succession planning, and employee engagement.

Requirements

• Degree-level education.
• Minimum 10 years of airline and/or ground-handling-agent experience.
• At least 5 years in airport management or an airports head-office management role.
• Experience managing safety, security, quality, operational, financial, and customer-service objectives.

• Previous international assignment experience.
