Executive Manager - Procurement

What you will do

• Develop and implement a bank-wide procurement strategy covering supply, demand, sourcing, and vendor value.
• Establish and implement a pan-bank procurement framework for products, infrastructure, technology, risk, insurance, consultancy, and other services.
• Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiation, demand planning, and procurement initiatives.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with critical suppliers, partners, and third parties.
• Lead team objectives, performance management, development, feedback, engagement, and motivation.
• Contribute to budgeting, monitor financial performance, and improve procurement policies, procedures, and processes.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of progressively complex experience leading a large procurement function.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply accreditation or an equivalent qualification.
