Business Development Manager (Cryptoassets)

hirify.global is a diversified trading firm, with Cumberland serving as its cryptoasset arm and providing global cryptoasset liquidity from offices in Chicago, London, and Singapore.

What you will do

• Source deal-flow from new and existing protocols that require liquidity providers at centralized exchanges.
• Build and use a network of crypto-native partners across multiple sectors.
• Manage project lifecycles from initial discussions through onboarding and trading go-live.
• Work with the trading team to design and negotiate agreements.
• Represent Cumberland at conferences and other industry events.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of sales or business development experience in the crypto industry.
• Fluent English is required.
• Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• Data-driven decision-making, organization, multitasking, and project ownership skills.
• Self-motivation, initiative, urgency, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Nice to have

• Proven experience in liquidity provision.
• Ability to speak, read, and write languages in addition to English.
