System Validation Team Lead (ADAS)

What you will do

• Lead and guide a team of system validation engineers.
• Work with project managers to establish and execute validation plans.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to define test plans and identify root causes of system issues.
• Test and evaluate system functionality and performance across hardware and software.
• Drive test development and integration methods to support high-quality products.
• Execute manual tests and built-in automated test suites hands-on.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience leading a validation team.
• Hands-on experience testing and validating embedded systems.
• Experience with communication protocols, basic networking concepts, data flows, and interfaces.
• Hands-on experience with Linux-based systems.
• Fluent English and Hebrew required. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills are also expected.
