Wireless Connectivity System and Architecture Engineer (Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/SoC): Own end-to-end integration, validation, and optimization of wireless connectivity SoCs and platforms with an accent on silicon bring-up, system architecture, performance, power, and reliability. Focus on debugging issues across hardware, firmware, drivers, and operating systems, applying AI/ML to failure analysis, and shaping next-generation wireless products.

Location: Hybrid work model in Israel, with assigned sites in Petah-Tikva or Haifa; the role combines on-site and off-site work.

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end system integration, silicon bring-up, feature enablement, and production-readiness activities for wireless SoCs and platforms.
  • Contribute to system architecture, specifications, and next-generation product definition while balancing power, performance, scalability, and schedule.
  • Integrate wireless IP across hardware, firmware, drivers, and operating-system layers.
  • Develop validation strategies, test plans, stress scenarios, and system-level debug flows.
  • Analyze performance, latency, throughput, power consumption, coexistence behavior, and reliability bottlenecks.
  • Coordinate architecture, design, firmware, software, validation, and product teams as a technical focal point.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience integrating or validating complex SoC-based products and exposure to system architecture, system definition, or product specifications.
  • Strong understanding of wireless connectivity technologies, including Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, plus experience with system-level debugging and validation environments.
  • Hands-on familiarity with debug tools, laboratory equipment, semiconductor technologies, and SoC development processes.
  • Python or scripting experience, along with practical use of AI/GenAI tools for data analysis, debugging, validation, code, testing, or documentation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

  • Wireless SoC bring-up or post-silicon validation experience.
  • Experience defining wireless system architecture or specifications across multiple product generations.
  • Knowledge of wireless communication protocols, firmware, drivers, power management, system modelling, or simulation.
  • Understanding of AI/ML acceleration and on-device inference in SoC architecture.
