Junior Logistics Systems Support (Forestry Logistics)

Location: Galway, Ireland. Office-based for the first 3–6 months during training, then transitioning to a more flexible work-from-home schedule.

What you will do

• Provide technical and operational support to logistics customers through phone, email, and chat.
• Use specialized forestry logistics software to manage requests and transaction processes.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues independently or with teammates.
• Apply data analysis to production planning and process optimization.
• Help maintain efficient logistics operations and a high-quality customer experience.

Requirements

• Technology-oriented background with experience using Windows, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong data analysis and information interpretation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and an analytical, customer-focused approach.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a close-knit team.
• Patient, empathetic, and positive approach to helping users.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI or creating customized data insights.
