Customer Service & Shipping Advisor (12 Month Contract) (Logistics)

Location: Ballina, Ireland; onsite role at the plant with occasional coordination on the warehouse floor.

What you will do

• Manage customer service and shipping matters, including sales-order creation, returns, status updates, and reporting.
• Coordinate materials handling, production, distribution, carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to meet shipping schedules and customer demand.
• Prepare and verify export invoices, packing lists, certificates, and other shipment documentation.
• Track inbound and outbound shipments, warehouse and transportation invoices, and freight-related purchase orders in Coupa.
• Maintain logistics and service KPIs such as OTIF, backorders, and cycle time, and distribute dashboards and reports.
• Resolve delivery barriers, communicate risks and changes, and contribute to continuous-improvement activities.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree and 0–1 years of related experience.
• Experience with customer service and/or shipping and logistics in a supply-chain environment is desirable.
• Experience using SAP or a similar ERP system and familiarity with export documentation and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of KPI tracking and basic analytics for service and logistics performance.
• Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and prioritization skills with close attention to detail.
• Ability to work onsite in Ballina, Ireland and coordinate with stakeholders across time zones.
