Digital Transformation Specialist (Workday)

Location: Hinxton, Cambridgeshire, United Kingdom; flexible hybrid working arrangements.

Salary: From £3,202.52 after tax per month, plus benefits and allowances.

hirify.global-EBI is a research organisation providing databases and tools for the storage, analysis and dissemination of large biological datasets.

What you will do

• Support digital transformation and change initiatives across hirify.global-EBI and hirify.global-wide programmes.
• Coordinate the review, maintenance and improvement of Workday Help content and user documentation.
• Work with subject matter experts to create help articles, standard operating procedures, user guides, videos and training materials.
• Gather user feedback, identify improvement opportunities and escalate issues where appropriate.
• Support communications, engagement activities, training programmes, change impact assessments and business readiness ahead of system releases.
• Coordinate communication between subject matter experts, change managers and end users.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor clear messages to different audiences.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with strong organisation, prioritisation and time-management skills.
• Strong analytical ability to assess system requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Experience planning, executing and monitoring HR system changes and upgrades.
• Good understanding of Workday HCM, preferably including system enhancements, data management and troubleshooting.
• Experience managing resistance and supporting positive adoption of organisational changes.

Nice to have

• Experience working across project teams and engaging stakeholders.
• Experience supporting digital transformation or HR technology projects in a complex organisation.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Organisational Development or a related discipline.
