Workday Integration Specialist (Workday)

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, and Workday SOAP/REST APIs.
• Develop custom RaaS reports and extend Workday business processes with Workday Extend applications.
• Troubleshoot integration failures involving security permissions, data mapping, authentication, and connectivity.
• Manage integration security, including ISUs, OAuth scopes, domain security policies, and API clients.
• Partner with HCM, Absence, Compensation, Finance, IT, and Workforce Management stakeholders to define integration requirements.
• Monitor integration health, maintain documentation, and support data migration validation and recurring-error resolution.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building Workday integrations with EIB, Connectors, and Studio.
• Working knowledge of Workday RaaS, calculated fields, and the Workday security model.
• Experience with Workday Extend and REST/SOAP API integrations, including authentication and permission troubleshooting.
• Experience integrating Workday with ATS, payroll, Microsoft Entra, and benefits platforms.
• Ability to work across HR, Finance, and IT stakeholder groups.
• Experience with data migration projects; Workday Pro certification in Integrations or Extend is an advantage.

Nice to have

• Exposure to advanced Workday Studio transformations using XSLT.
• Workday Pro certification in Integrations or Extend.
