TL;DR
Cyber Security Specialist (SIEM): Supporting and improving security systems, monitoring events, investigating incidents, and conducting technical security assessments with an accent on SOC operations, SIEM detection, cloud security, and governance frameworks. Focus on designing mitigation plans, implementing security controls, preparing audit documentation, and strengthening security architecture across corporate IT systems.

is an international technology company and a major European manufacturer of security systems, offering products for intrusion protection, video surveillance, fire safety, comfort, and automation.
What you will do
- Support the full lifecycle of security systems, from architecture and deployment to enhancement and technical support.
- Monitor security events, triage alerts, develop SIEM detection rules, investigate anomalies, and identify incident root causes.
- Design and execute mitigation plans to neutralize threats and improve security monitoring practices.
- Conduct technical security assessments of corporate IT systems and applications, identify vulnerabilities and compliance deviations, and prepare reports.
- Improve security procedures, policies, operational instructions, and governance processes in preparation for ISO 27001 and SOC 2 audits.
- Advise internal teams on security requirements and controls, support security requests, awareness training, management reporting, and security strategy development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of cybersecurity experience with a strong focus on SOC operations and security systems implementation.
- Hands-on experience with SIEM systems such as Splunk, QRadar, Logsign, or Wazuh.
- Experience with MDM, EDR/XDR, cloud security monitoring, firewall, and WAF technologies.
- Knowledge of on-premises and cloud architectures, network security protocols, endpoint and application security.
- Practical experience with CIS, OWASP, NIST, security assessments, ISO 27001 technological controls, and security reporting.
- Intermediate English at B1–B2 level is required for technical documentation and cross-regional communication.
Nice to have
- Vendor-specific certifications from Google, Microsoft, Cisco, Palo Alto, or Fortinet.
- Practical knowledge of ISO 27001 organizational controls.
