Senior AI Security Engineer

Location: Warsaw, Poland; 70/30 in-office work model

What you will do

• Help operationalize the enterprise AI security strategy, including target-state architecture, design principles, governance guardrails, and scalable security patterns.
• Develop security standards and architectural guidance for AI systems, model usage, agentic workflows, integrations, data access, identity boundaries, and operational controls.
• Lead risk assessments and security reviews of AI applications, AI-enabled products, and agentic solutions.
• Review risks involving data exposure, excessive privilege, insecure integrations, unsafe outputs, prompt abuse, and runtime behavior.
• Conduct baseline security reviews across code, cloud, networking, APIs, identity, and application architecture.
• Identify systemic control gaps, recommend remediation, influence security roadmaps, and provide executive-ready technical guidance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on network security, application security, and risk assessment.
• Expertise in hybrid on-premises and cloud security architectures, including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience defining enterprise security strategy, standards, architectural patterns, and scalable guardrails.
• Demonstrated expertise assessing AI applications, model-integrated services, agentic workflows, data handling patterns, and AI-specific attack paths.
• Ability to review code, cloud, networking, APIs, identity, and application architecture, and translate findings into prioritized recommendations.
• Excellent communication, technical leadership, judgment, and ability to operate in ambiguous environments; large-scale or regulated-environment experience is preferred.
