Relationship Manager (Korea)

What you will do

• Drive client acquisition and conversion performance across the Korean-speaking market.
• Manage the end-to-end conversion journey, proactively engage leads, and improve NTC conversion and engagement rates.
• Support clients with registration, verification, deposits, terminal usage, and first-time trading challenges.
• Handle client complaints and provide compliance-approved responses in line with internal policies.
• Own retention, churn reduction, customer reactivation, productivity management, and customer lifetime value.
• Work with marketing and commercial stakeholders to improve onboarding, retention campaigns, and the overall customer journey.

Requirements

• Native Korean speaker with strong English communication skills.
• Proven experience in cold calling, outbound sales, or telesales; B2C experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of financial markets and trading, or a strong interest in FX, CFD, and crypto trading.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a diverse global team.
