Gas Data Intern (Energy)

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States; in-person commuting required under the hybrid work policy

Salary: $19.00–$21.00 per hour

hirify.global is a large electricity and natural gas energy company serving customers across eight Western and Midwestern states.

What you will do

• Analyze gas emergency response data to identify trends, improve operational efficiency, and support data-driven decisions.
• Run, clean, validate, and finalize the monthly overtime report.
• Import finalized reports into Power BI and update visualizations.
• Support UKG/CADO issue investigation by reviewing time-entry screenshots and helping troubleshoot problems.
• Create response-time reporting and compare performance before and after on-call scheduling changes.
• Support vac trailer capacity planning, storage-location identification, and standardized deployment processes.

Requirements

• Current freshman-level student or higher as of Fall 2027.
• Enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering.
• Able to commute to the designated Denver work location in person under the hybrid work policy.
• Able to work up to 40 hours per week during the summer and up to 20 hours per week during the school year.
