Data Analytics and Corporate Strategy Intern

What you will do

• Collect and organize structured and unstructured data from multiple sources for analysis and reporting.
• Create basic data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate findings and trends.
• Document findings, summarize insights, and prepare materials for data and project understanding.
• Support corporate research, enterprise risk management, and strategic project management initiatives.
• Maintain project trackers, organize files, schedule meetings, and document action items and next steps.
• Research market trends, economic indicators, and external factors to support business insights.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and familiarity with spreadsheets, databases, or reporting tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain project details.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, willingness to learn, ask questions, and collaborate.
• Daily work is expected onsite at a hirify.global campus in Pella, Iowa.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Excel, Power BI, or SQL through coursework, academic projects, or prior internship experience.
