What you will do

• Collaborate with teams to understand data and reporting needs.
• Collect, assess, and prepare source data for Sales and Service Support operations.
• Perform data validation and integrity checks.
• Create basic reports and dashboards under guidance.
• Monitor and maintain reports, applications, workflows, and other data analysis products.
• Support timely operational decision-making through accurate reporting.

Requirements

• Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Fundamental understanding of data structures and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Excel, and Power Pivot.
• Effective communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• No prior experience is required.

Nice to have

• Previous internship experience or relevant academic projects.
