Project Manager with Commerce Experience and a Technical Background (Adobe Commerce)

Location: Poland, with a hybrid approach and office attendance an average of four days a week; roles associated with Katowice and Poznan.

Compensation: 110–150 PLN net per hour on a B2B contract, depending on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Lead complex digital marketing and commerce projects using Agile methodologies such as Scrum.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, scope, budget, risks, timelines, reporting, and execution.
• Lead requirements, solution scoping, and implementation activities for Adobe Marketing and Commerce Solutions.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams, project resources, commercial forecasting, invoicing, and team dependencies.
• Manage client expectations, senior stakeholders, escalations, project reviews, and executive-level presentations.
• Contribute to PMO practice development and collaboration across Adobe teams.

Requirements

• Professional experience managing software development and digital marketing implementation projects.
• Experience implementing Adobe solutions, especially Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP); experience with Adobe Campaign and Commerce is desirable.
• Experience with re-platforming projects, cutover ownership, scope control, change delivery, and software release management.
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery, Scrum, lean ways of working, risk management, prioritization, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Experience leading teams, managing concurrent projects, working with virtual teams across geographies and time zones, and presenting to executives.
• Full fluency in English is essential; the role is a B2B contract position in Poland with hybrid office attendance.
