Technical Project/Program Management II

Location: Kulim, Malaysia. On-site role; relocation is not available.

What you will do

• Prepare project plans and coordinate activities from planning through implementation.
• Maintain process-improvement matrices, schedules, task details, reports, tracking charts, and checklists.
• Coordinate internal resources to support on-time delivery and budget performance.
• Track project costs, schedules, quality, and delivery metrics for internal and external customers.
• Work with suppliers and vendors, monitor progress, and drive follow-ups and issue resolution.
• Report project progress and align stakeholders across engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, and supplier organizations.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, including supply chain metrics such as lead time, cost, capacity, and supplier performance.
• Experience with root cause analysis, data-driven problem solving, risk identification, dependency management, and mitigation planning.
• Experience driving supply chain process improvements, including lead-time reduction, cycle-time improvement, and workflow optimization.
• Proficiency with advanced Excel, project management tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet, and ERP systems; SAP experience is preferred.
• Strong business acumen covering cost drivers, inventory, operational KPIs, and measurable project outcomes.
• Experience working directly with external suppliers and vendors against cost, quality, and delivery metrics.

Nice to have

• Lean, Six Sigma, or value-stream mapping experience.
• SAP experience.
