CAD-AES Program Manager (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Coordinate activities across Digital Design, Implementation, Layout, DFT, Mixed Signal Development, and CAD/Flow Development teams.
• Plan, develop, and track tasks across IP and SOC development, CAD flow development, vendor tool deployment, and the post-silicon test ecosystem.
• Establish and facilitate risk management for new projects and initiatives with internal stakeholders.
• Conduct status meetings and facilitate alignment of inter-team tasks across multi-time-zone locations.
• Present project status to internal and external customers and communicate feedback to engineering teams.
• Drive delivery of goals related to customer satisfaction and quality.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• 10+ years of semiconductor industry experience, including management of semiconductor backend deliverables.
• Prior experience in at least two semiconductor backend functions, such as Synthesis, DFT, Layout, Physical Verification, Reliability, or Flow Development.
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or other Agile methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a multi-location, cross-functional team environment.
