International Program Governance Manager

What you will do

• Design, implement, and continuously improve governance standards, controls, ownership, and accountability for the International Programs decision-rule ecosystem.
• Translate business policies and underwriting requirements into scalable decision frameworks and operational solutions.
• Ensure auditability, quality assurance, compliance, and alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Technology teams on rule-management tooling and manage rule-related changes through implementation and stabilisation.
• Conduct impact assessments, identify optimisation opportunities, and recommend improvements across the decision ecosystem.
• Support responsible adoption of AI-enabled and automation capabilities and transition strategic initiatives into sustainable operations.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of insurance governance, risk management, controls, and compliance frameworks in complex global organisations.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and delivering initiatives end-to-end in international environments.
• Ability to translate business policies and requirements into operational and technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Understanding of digital workflows, automation, AI-enabled solutions, and their governance implications.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with business rules engines, workflow solutions, or decision-management platforms.
• Familiarity with multinational insurance operations and International Programs structures.
• Experience establishing governance models and operating frameworks from scratch.
