Ops Project Manager

Location: Pathumthani (Navanakorn), Thailand

What you will do

• Lead factory capacity ramp planning, execution, readiness reviews, and recovery actions.
• Manage end-to-end program timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, and escalations.
• Coordinate production, industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, process engineering, and facilities teams.
• Coordinate factory layout changes, line setup, equipment qualification, staffing, and the transition from NPI to mass production.
• Align material readiness with supply chain and procurement teams, monitoring shortages, long-lead items, and supplier risks.
• Support yield improvement, process stabilization, corrective actions, dashboards, and management reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex product development or operations in electronics, semiconductor, or optical manufacturing.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong data analysis, reporting, communication, and presentation skills.
• High integrity, strong work ethic, responsiveness, and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ability to travel as required to coordinate projects and work with international development teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with NPI ramp and mass production transfer.
