Project Manager with German Language C1 (Security) (m/f/d)

Location: Košice, Slovakia; remote working is available only within Slovakia due to European taxation regulations.

Salary: Negotiable base salary with a variable component and other financial benefits; base salary from €1,330 gross.

What you will do

• Contribute to business cases and establish project plans covering specifications, conditions, costs, resources, and deliverables.
• Organize project teams and coordinate assigned projects or processes according to customer requirements.
• Monitor project execution against plans, procedures, budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Identify and manage project risks in cooperation with the steering committee.
• Collect project information, prepare reports for customers and management, and support knowledge management.
• Deliver results, transfer them to the customer organization, evaluate project execution, and coach team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or equivalent secondary education.
• At least 2 years of project management experience, including leading projects; references are required.
• PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 Foundation certification.
• Intermediate ICT and MS Project knowledge, basic ITIL knowledge, and advanced project management methodology and MS Office skills.
• German at C1 advanced level and English at B2 upper-intermediate level.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, presentation, problem-solving, networking, assertiveness, stress management, and time-management skills.
