Lead Testing Services Consultant (FinTech)

Location: Noida, India; hybrid work with office attendance two days per week

What you will do

• Lead the design and execution of comprehensive test plans for SimCorp solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing requirements, project goals, and full test coverage.
• Analyze complex testing issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement lasting solutions.
• Optimize testing processes and introduce automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Monitor testing metrics, identify improvement areas, and maintain detailed test documentation.
• Mentor junior consultants and communicate testing progress, results, risks, and escalations to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Typically 7+ years of experience in testing or quality assurance.
• Experience managing complex testing projects and ensuring quality and performance standards.
• Ability to collaborate with development, QA, operations, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Experience with testing strategies, tools, technologies, test plans, test cases, and test results documentation.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model with two office days per week in Noida.
