Consultant - Investment Modelling (PropTech)

Location: Sydney, Australia office. Occasional overseas or domestic travel is required.

What you will do

• Configure and customize MRI real estate software for client requirements.
• Support implementation projects, including application setup, data conversion, and third-party integrations.
• Lead client workshops to identify technology-based solutions and document business requirements.
• Deliver training sessions and maintain training environments and manuals.
• Create custom reports and SQL Server views based on business needs.
• Provide consulting services covering gap analysis, configuration, customization, health checks, implementation, and software testing.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Information Technology, or equivalent industry knowledge.
• At least 2 years of experience in consulting, product implementation, or systems design and development.
• Experience delivering training and understanding of software implementation methodologies.
• Knowledge of SQL Server or another relational database management system is preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, initiative, and self-motivation.
