Global renewable-energy company developing turnkey photovoltaic plants and battery storage projects, with activities spanning development, financing, EPC, operations and maintenance, and asset management.
What you will do
- Process and record accounts payable transactions.
- Coordinate timely payments for supplier invoices, intercompany loans, employee reimbursements, and liquidations with complete authorization.
- Support timely customer collections and maintain accurate transaction records in the ERP system.
- Prepare supporting documentation for month-end journals and report on aged payables.
- Identify improvements to accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- 2–5 years of experience in accounts payable/accounts receivable or a shared services center.
- Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide guidance and support to team members and contribute to ERP-related business strategy implementation.
