Finance Operations Accountant (Finance Operations): Supporting daily finance operations for Pall China in an onsite Beijing role with an accent on compliant reporting, treasury activities, tax invoice administration, and working capital optimization. Focus on managing bank acceptance drafts, monitoring cash and DPO performance, coordinating regulatory reporting, and improving finance processes and internal controls.

What you will do
- Manage bank acceptance drafts, including receipt, endorsement, registration, safekeeping, maturity tracking, and risk control.
- Prepare government, statistical, foreign trade, and foreign exchange reports and support fiscal subsidy applications.
- Administer foreign currency collection and payment documentation, VAT invoice verification, and tax records.
- Support treasury and banking activities across China and Hong Kong, including cash monitoring, online banking, authorizations, cash planning, and forecasting.
- Monitor Days Payable Outstanding and coordinate dealer financing programs with Procurement, banks, business teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Support accounts payable, travel and expense operations, audits, internal controls, and continuous finance process improvements with the Malaysia-based Central Finance Services team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in finance operations or accounting, with solid knowledge of Accounts Payable processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and financial management.
- Effective written and reading English skills are required for business communication, reports, and email correspondence.
- Experience supporting treasury, cash management, reporting, or finance operations in a multinational environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization and business intelligence tools.
- Experience in a public accounting or Big Four accountancy firm.
- Experience working in a multinational corporation environment.
