What you will do
- Inspect the appearance quality of finished textile interlining products according to defined quality standards and inspection specifications.
- Identify, mark, and isolate non-conforming products, recording defect types, quantities, batches, and locations.
- Report non-conformities to the supervisor and assist with tracing their causes.
- Complete inspection records and reports, maintaining clear and traceable quality documentation.
- Perform in-process inspections to detect quality risks originating from weaving, dyeing, and hot-melt adhesive coating.
Requirements
- College degree.
- At least 1 year of experience in textile quality inspection, including fabrics, interlinings, or non-wovens.
- Familiarity with common fabric defects and their causes.
- Proficiency with tape measures, shade bands, light boxes, and other inspection tools.
