Developer, Product Development (Temp)

What you will do

• Develop bags, wallets, accessories, and related products according to design requirements.
• Coordinate with the Head of Development, regional offices, engineering, service providers, vendors, and local cross-functional teams.
• Manage aesthetic approvals, costing targets, sample schedules, and product development timelines.
• Approve samples at different stages from sampling through commercialization and follow up on production.
• Maintain accurate product information and ensure product correctness across functions.
• Support product quality and integrity in partnership with engineering and other teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant product development experience.
• Experience developing or producing bags, wallets, accessories, or related products.
• Knowledge of leather, fabrics, printing, and embroidery techniques.
• Regional sourcing connections and strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Written and oral Vietnamese and English are required.
• Good computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; ability to work flexibly under pressure and tight deadlines.

• Experience with an internationally operating brand or in manufacturing.
