What you will do

• Implement sourcing strategies for the assigned air and sea transportation category, spend scope, and business units.
• Lead global RFIs and RFPs, consolidate business requirements, and define project scopes with internal stakeholders.
• Negotiate contract renewals, rate cards, and discount schedules.
• Deliver savings pipelines and report sourcing status, savings, performance, and risks.
• Manage key supplier relationships through business reviews and performance management.
• Present procurement strategies and build partnerships with internal customers and procurement stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in procurement or a related field.
• Experience in logistics or operations; transportation experience is advantageous.
• Technical knowledge of category management and procurement excellence, including total cost of ownership, supplier relationship management, market intelligence, risk management, compliance, quality, and HSE.
• Project management, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, and presentation skills.
• University degree in a relevant field such as economics or supply chain.
• Fluency in English required.
