Deputy Director End-to-End Project Controller

Salary: $122,250–$176,583 per year

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution for Tier 1, Tier 2, Critical, and Major investment projects.
• Build and manage integrated project schedules, critical paths, milestones, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Develop resource plans and coordinate allocation with cross-functional project teams.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, actuals, risks, KPIs, and variance reporting for project and governance stakeholders.
• Prepare financial and regulatory information for scope changes and support steering committee decisions.
• Lead project management practice initiatives, including handbook training, SHINE administration, resource forecasting, and scheduling improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or another field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar project control or project management role.
• Experience with project schedules, resource estimation, and CAPEX/OPEX budget estimation.
• Ability to develop business cases, change orders, and consolidated workstream financial information.
• Expertise in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Applicants must be based in the United States or Puerto Rico.

• SAP experience.
• Project Management Professional certification.
