TL;DR
ERP Technical Lead (JD Edwards): Designing, developing, and optimizing JD Edwards Order-to-Cash and Invoicing systems with an accent on integrations, performance, scalability, and technical ownership of cloned applications. Focus on configuring ERP workflows, troubleshooting APIs and EDI integrations, tuning SQL and database performance, and aligning system enhancements with global business requirements.
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India; onsite role

What you will do
- Provide technical and functional support for JD Edwards Order Management, Hardware Tracking MDM, and Technical Service modules.
- Lead the design, configuration, customization, and development of JD Edwards Order Management and Invoicing solutions.
- Own the cloning of existing applications and optimize the resulting in-house systems for scalability, performance, maintainability, and user experience.
- Design and manage integrations with third-party applications, APIs, web services, EDI systems, databases, and legacy platforms.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and tune system performance while managing upgrades, patches, enhancements, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, third-party support teams, delivery teams, and vendors; create architecture diagrams, API documentation, technical specifications, reports, and dashboards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on technical experience with JD Edwards ERP, especially Order Management and Invoicing.
- Extensive experience with JD Edwards 9.2 or later, including configuration, customization, architecture, integrations, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes, APIs, web services, integration tools, SQL, database management, and ETL.
- Experience with application cloning, system upgrades, patches, technical documentation, and complex ERP enhancements.
- Ability to work with multiple geographies, manage senior global stakeholders, collaborate across technical and business teams, and operate in regulated environments.

- Experience in ERP project management, technical upgrades, implementations, or large-scale system enhancements.
