Supplier Engineer (Plating)

Location: Singapore, SGP; travel required up to 20% of the time.

What you will do

• Develop, qualify, and manage suppliers for anodization, electropolishing, plating, cleaning, and coating processes.
• Lead quality issue resolution, troubleshooting, incident management, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Conduct supplier technical audits, evaluate supplier capabilities, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with suppliers on design of experiments to define process windows and evaluate chemistries and technologies.
• Analyze test data to establish process specifications and prepare technical reports for internal and external teams.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Materials Science.
• Strong conceptual and practical knowledge of plating, anodizing, electropolishing, cleaning, or coating processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and supplier management skills.
• Ability to lead functional teams or projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
