What you will do
- Execute warehouse receiving, unboxing, staging, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, and physical inventory activities.
- Perform incoming quality inspections, Korean regulatory labeling, UDI barcode verification, lot tracking, and expiration-date control.
- Handle and store lithium-ion batteries and other hazardous materials according to Dangerous Goods and Hazmat protocols.
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments with UPS, FedEx, DHL, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
- Prepare export documentation, support import customs clearance, track shipments, and communicate delivery updates.
- Identify improvements to warehouse throughput, inventory accuracy, housekeeping, and process standardization.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse logistics, shipping and receiving, or supply-chain operations.
- Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office; Oracle experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of hazardous-material handling, lithium-battery shipping, and international freight documentation.
- Good Documentation Practice is essential, with strong attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, and delivery urgency.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
Nice to have
- Experience in medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or regulated temperature-controlled logistics.
- Familiarity with KGSP requirements.
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain it.
