Associate Manager Production

hirify.global develops and manufactures golf equipment and operates production and customer service activities supported by global operations teams.

What you will do

• Create daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on orders, seasonal demand, product launches, and outsourced production needs.
• Analyze production results, productivity KPIs, costs, delays, and bottlenecks, and support corrective and efficiency improvement actions.
• Maintain inventory data and operating processes in EBS, WMS, ClubCS, and related systems.
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory checks, investigate discrepancies, and manage adjustments, scrap, returns, and disposal processes.
• Calculate material requirements, submit purchase requests, place supplier orders, and manage delivery schedules, pricing, terms, and quality conditions.
• Support continuous improvement projects across Production and the Call Center and prepare regular operational reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or Industrial Management.
• 7+ years of experience in production management or inventory management.
• Knowledge of production management, supply chain management, and inventory management.
• Proficiency with ERP and inventory management systems, such as Oracle EBS or SAP.
• Strong problem-solving skills, accuracy, communication skills, and a responsible, goal-oriented work style.
• English communication skills required. Proficiency in Office 365 is also expected.

Nice to have

• Lean or Six Sigma knowledge or certification.
• Industrial safety-related certification.
