MedTech Supply Chain Planner - Electrophysiology

Location: Seoul, South Korea; onsite role overseeing Korea, Taiwan, Australia, and New Zealand markets

What you will do

• Lead demand planning and Market IBP processes, aligning forecasts with business objectives and market priorities.
• Develop statistical demand forecasts using historical demand, market trends, commercial inputs, and portfolio assumptions.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, regulatory affairs, logistics, customer service, quality, and regional supply chain partners.
• Execute supply and replenishment plans while optimizing inventory levels, days of supply, service levels, and supply chain costs.
• Support product launches, phase-in and phase-out planning, tenders, promotions, and product lifecycle management.
• Monitor forecast performance, supply gaps, backorder risks, allocation needs, and inventory health, and drive mitigation actions.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of supply chain experience; medical device or pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of demand planning methodologies, statistical analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
• Advanced MS Office skills, including Macro, VBA, Power Query, and Power Automate.
• Strong communication, collaboration, proactive problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
• Fluent English and Korean, both oral and written.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP systems.
• APICS Certification or equivalent.
