What you will do

• Oversee inbound logistics and 3PL outbound logistics, including carrier relationships and vendor performance.
• Standardize operating processes, prepare new policies, and align operational workflows with system capabilities.
• Identify and oversee logistics system enhancements, network adjustments, and optimization opportunities.
• Provide regular reporting and coordinate delivery planning with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead transportation and logistics initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• Manage and mentor two functional teams while building cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, applicable certification, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 5 years of functional experience.
• Experience managing individual contributors and a department, or experience acting as a lead.
• Experience directing teams, allocating resources, removing barriers, and developing talent.
• Ability to manage operational, financial, labor, compliance, and safety considerations.
• Occasional travel of approximately 10%; work schedule varies.
