[Innovative Medicine] Warehouse Operations Supervisor

What you will do

• Govern warehouse, distribution, and logistics operations, with a focus on controlled-substance processes.
• Lead, coach, and supervise operations employees while supporting performance and development.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve processes, efficiency, and service performance.
• Lead strategic warehouse, distribution, and logistics projects and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and close non-conformances, corrective actions, and preventive actions in line with quality requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent warehouse and distribution experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of warehouse, distribution, and logistics operations.
• Practical SAP experience, particularly with the Warehouse Management module.
• People leadership experience, including coaching, development, and performance management.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, stakeholder management, communication, and risk-management skills.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, or another highly regulated industry for more than 7 years is preferred; controlled substances and narcotics experience is also preferred.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of GDP, quality systems, CAPA, and compliance management.
• Experience leading warehouse operations and process-improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with local regulations for controlled substances and narcotics management.
