Intraday Analyst, Workforce Management

Location: Must be local to the Tempe, AZ or Fort Mill, SC office

Salary: $27.24–$45.36 per hour

What you will do

• Monitor real-time operational performance, staffing levels, workload, and service metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
• Recommend and execute staffing, schedule, and offline activity adjustments to support service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Partner with operations leaders during volume fluctuations, staffing gaps, and business disruptions.
• Analyze workforce data and KPI patterns, producing retrospective and forward-looking insights.
• Maintain workforce management systems, reporting tools, user administration, data integrity, documentation, and enhancements.
• Support process improvements, pilot programs, technology implementations, and special projects.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of workforce management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and data storytelling skills.
• Advanced Excel capabilities, including charts, pivot tables, and complex logic-based formulas.
• Experience creating PowerPoint presentations and using Tableau to aggregate and analyze data.
• Must be local to the Tempe, AZ or Fort Mill, SC office.

Nice to have

• Experience with NICE CXone, NICE WFM IEX, WebStation, Employee Engagement Manager, EWFM, Aspect, Verint, Calabrio, or Genesys.
• Knowledge of Tableau navigation or similar reporting tools.
