Analytics Leadership Development Program Associate (Finance)

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States. Hybrid arrangement with at least four days per week in the office and flexibility to work from home one day per week. Applicants must already have U.S. work authorization and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Base salary: $73,000 per year, with potential variable compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Complete a 24-month Leadership Development Program consisting of three eight-month rotations.
• Support project teams developing solutions that improve advisor and client experiences.
• Recommend and participate in enhancements to existing business processes.
• Investigate and help resolve operational problems and issues.
• Perform data analysis and reporting across finance and analytics functions.
• Gain experience in finance, risk management, interactive marketing, technology, and data management.

Requirements

• Currently a senior at a four-year university pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Math Economics, or a related field.
• Expected graduation in December 2026 or May/June 2027.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Commitment to completing the full 24-month Leadership Development Program.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, presentation, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
