Process Technologist (Dairy Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Provide technical support and advice to manufacturing sites and stakeholders.
• Diagnose and resolve process issues to maintain stable and efficient plant performance.
• Identify and implement improvements in quality, yield, productivity, and cost performance.
• Support and deliver site, regional, and national improvement projects.
• Participate in product trials, process development, and technology implementation.
• Build technical capability and share knowledge across manufacturing teams.

Requirements

• Experience in food manufacturing, dairy processing, engineering, or a related technical environment.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and structured problem-solving skills.
• Experience identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Ability to balance competing priorities and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Tertiary qualification in Food Technology, Engineering, Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
• Passion for learning, continuous improvement, and developing technical expertise.
