Supervisor, Field Service

Location: Penrose, Auckland, New Zealand; travel across New Zealand required

What you will do

• Lead a team of up to three technicians based in Auckland.
• Coordinate service support for customer accounts across New Zealand.
• Drive high-quality, time-effective resolutions and preventative maintenance programs.
• Set, evaluate, and manage team KPIs against required targets.
• Work with the wider regional team to provide adaptable and responsive field service.

Requirements

• Experience or comfort working across diverse manufacturing environments.
• Ability to lead a team while managing an autonomous workspace with self-discipline.
• Willingness and ability to travel across New Zealand.
• Adaptable and flexible approach to customer and regional service support.
• Familiarity with fluid processing systems from mechanical and controls perspectives is well regarded.
