Staff Product Manager, QuickBooks Bill Pay

What you will do

• Own the strategy and execution for a core pillar of QuickBooks’ money movement ecosystem.
• Identify and quantify market opportunities through customer insight, data analysis, and competitive intelligence.
• Define and drive product strategy across near-, mid-, and long-term horizons.
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives across systems, teams, and business units.
• Align product, business, and technical strategies while influencing company-wide priorities.
• Build scalable frameworks for product discovery, delivery, measurement, and continuous iteration.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of product management experience owning and scaling complex products.
• Proven success defining and executing multi-year product strategies with clear business impact.
• Experience leading large, ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams.
• Strong product sense and deep customer empathy.
• Expertise in data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and product analytics.
• Passion for AI and its ability to create user value and redefine product management.

Nice to have

• Fintech or payments experience.
