What you will do
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and deliver accurate financial reporting.
- Oversee general ledger operations, journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and intercompany accounting.
- Manage revenue recognition under ASC 606, including complex customer arrangements.
- Coordinate quarterly reviews, annual audits, tax compliance, and external advisors.
- Maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls while improving operational efficiency.
- Support ERP optimization, automation, AI-based finance tools, special projects, and cross-functional financial initiatives.
Requirements
- Licensed CPA with 2–3+ years of relevant post-internship experience in an Assistant Controller, Accounting Manager, or similar role.
- Big 4 experience, including completion of a Big 4 internship; current or former Big 4 Manager experience is an alternative.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and Israeli statutory accounting and reporting requirements.
- Strong understanding of ASC 606 and SaaS revenue recognition.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong Excel, analytical, organizational, ownership, and independent prioritization skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP system.
- Experience in a B2B SaaS or technology company.
