Location: Garden Grove, CA; 4–5 days in-office per week

hirify.global is an American commercial electric vehicle company developing an EV platform for medium-duty electric and hybrid vehicles.

What you will do

• Draft, review, and revise NDAs, supplier agreements, customer agreements, and other contracts.
• Research compliance issues and incentives relevant to the commercial EV industry.
• Support government affairs initiatives through policy research and engagement strategies.
• Assist with joint ventures, partnerships, strategic transactions, due diligence, and documentation.
• Help develop internal legal processes that improve efficiency and risk management.

Requirements

• Full-time in-office availability for 40 hours per week.
• Currently enrolled in a J.D. program; 1L or 2L standing is preferred.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Interest in corporate, commercial, regulatory, and transactional law.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and organization.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Nice to have

• Interest in startups, hardware, automotive, or sustainability.
