What you will do
- Draft, review, and manage contracts and other legal documents for compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Support business transactions and strategic initiatives by gathering, reviewing, and analyzing legal and corporate information.
- Maintain legal records, contracts, and regulatory documents according to governance requirements.
- Assist with compliance activities, legal research, audits, and regulatory requirements supporting ethics and compliance programs.
- Participate in legal and business meetings, document key takeaways, and support communication.
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate degree.
- Completed at least the first year of undergraduate study.
- Basic knowledge of law principles.
- Ability to perform administrative work independently and accurately.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word.
