Manager, Enterprise Applications (Oracle AI)

Location: Fully remote; can be performed from anywhere. Occasional travel for team meetings or events is expected, approximately 10%.

What you will do

• Define and drive the enterprise integration and workflow architecture roadmap for Procurement, Finance, HR, Employee Services, and related applications.
• Establish integration standards, API governance frameworks, reusable design patterns, and platform best practices.
• Lead architecture reviews and technical workstreams across Oracle Fusion, ServiceNow, Workday, Agiloft, and AI platforms.
• Design and support complex integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, REST and SOAP APIs, event-driven architectures, file-based integrations, and middleware.
• Lead Oracle Fusion customization and extension initiatives using Visual Builder Studio, Redwood UI, PaaS extensions, and low-code/no-code workflows.
• Mentor software engineers, integration developers, and consultants while partnering with business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of Oracle Integration Cloud architecture, design, and development experience.
• 6+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud development, including REST, SOAP, FBDI, ADFDI, VBS/VBCS, BIP, and OTBI.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM, Workday, Procurement, Finance, HR, and Employee Services integrations.
• Experience with JavaScript, JSON/XML processing, API security, OAuth2, certificates, API gateways, enterprise architecture, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio, OCI Generative AI, custom AI agents, agent orchestration, and AI-enabled workflow automation.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Moveworks, IBM watsonx, ServiceNow Now Assist, or comparable enterprise AI platforms.
• Oracle Integration Cloud or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure certification.
• Experience with OIC MCP, Agent-to-Agent, and emerging AI orchestration frameworks.
