Manufacturing Technician II (Night Shift) (Manufacturing): Disassembling, assembling, and troubleshooting canisters and containers in a hazardous chemical manufacturing environment with an accent on safety, quality, and process efficiency. Focus on following work instructions, improving manufacturing processes, and collaborating with engineering, quality, leadership, and safety teams during a 3-2-2 night shift.
Location: Austin, TX; based at the Burnet facility. Onsite night shift, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM, following a 3-2-2 schedule once fully trained and certified.

What you will do
- Disassemble, assemble, and troubleshoot canisters and containers in a hazardous chemical environment.
- Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures while identifying opportunities to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with leadership, engineering, quality, and safety teams to meet production and customer requirements.
- Identify solutions to manufacturing problems and share improvement ideas with the team.
- Work safely and accurately while handling hazardous materials and wearing required personal protective equipment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, with mechanical or technical experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Previous experience handling hazardous chemicals strongly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office; SAP and PLC experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift or move up to 51 pounds daily and attain respirator certification.
Nice to have
- Experience working in an ISO 9000/14000 environment.
- SAP or PLC experience.
