Software Engineer | Range Operations (Embedded IoT)

Location: Malmö, Sweden; full-time workplace presence is expected for the majority of the time

What you will do

• Collaborate with cloud and mobile teams to deliver integrated smart home experiences.
• Develop and integrate features for a Linux-based Home Smart gateway.
• Troubleshoot connectivity across Matter, Thread, Wi-Fi, and cloud services.
• Analyze logs and protocol traces to resolve interoperability issues.
• Automate tests and improve platform reliability and performance.

Requirements

• Broad software engineering experience covering architecture, design, requirements, coding, and testing.
• Professional experience with Embedded Linux, C++, networking, and IoT.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible and structured approach to teamwork.

Nice to have

• Experience with Yocto, ZigBee, Matter, Wi-Fi, IPv6, cybersecurity, hardware bring-up, or OTA.
• Experience working with varied systems across different industries.
