Platform Manager (Range Operations)

Location: Malmö, Sweden; the role requires working the majority of the time in the workplace.

What you will do

• Own and manage an integration and data distribution platform, ensuring availability, security, compliance, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Define and maintain the platform vision, strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, and continuous improvement plans.
• Lead and develop cross-functional technical teams through coaching, goal setting, and competence development.
• Manage platform budgets, forecasts, cost optimization, suppliers, contracts, service reviews, and governance.
• Lead modernization initiatives, including migration to cloud-native and integrated platform solutions.
• Collaborate with technology stakeholders and communicate roadmap progress, priorities, and business value to leadership.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of platforms, architecture, and service management.
• Experience with cloud platforms, automation, DevOps, and modern engineering principles.
• Understanding of end-to-end digital product development and operations.
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing technical teams.
• Knowledge of platform lifecycle management, including performance, security, and cost considerations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across complex environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with budget ownership, cost optimization, suppliers, contracts, or external partners.
• Experience leading technology change or transformation initiatives.
• Previous engineering experience in a product or platform team.
• Experience with integration technologies such as APIs and events.
• Knowledge of regulatory developments and compliance requirements.
