What you will do

• Develop and enhance data pipelines that automate data flows for Sales & Operations Planning.
• Design data models and create actionable visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Support operational excellence projects by documenting processes, developing frameworks, and tracking progress.
• Create project plans, coordinate resources, monitor timelines, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Prepare brochures, newsletters, employee events, stakeholder segmentation frameworks, and strategy presentation best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis, data visualization, and statistical software or tools.
• Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• GPA of 3.0 or above preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in Santa Clara, California.

Nice to have

• MBA degree.
